Stephen Felt established Felt Financial Group in 2001, as a residential
and commercial mortgage broker. In 2008, the name changed to reflect
the true purpose of the business. A privately held corporation, CBF has
the unique capability to operate without the restrictive credit standards
of traditional commercial banks. We've partnered with institutional and
non-institutional investors that custom-tailor financing programs and
provide our clients with the tools and support they need to grow their
business.
Managing Director, Stephen Felt (pictured above), has been in the
financial services industry since 1998 and has a Bachelors Degree from
Elon University. Stephen is a member of the NJ Coalition for Financial
Education and the Real Estate Finance Institute, as well as a freelance
writer for several business trade magazines. Stephen has been a
featured speaker at Continuing Education seminars for financial
professionals and educators and works Pro Bono providing financial
literacy education to the under-priveleged.
