wholesale capacities, as well as commercial mortgages and business loans since
2001.

Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) designation granted by the CMPS
Institute, a training and certifying organization created to help mortgage professionals
integrate financial planning concepts into the mortgage process. Mr. Felt is also working
on a Masters in Business Administration at the University of Phoenix.
In June 2007 Steve created the Real Estate Finance Institute to help teach the general
public as well as other financial and non-financial professionals about real estate
finance.
