Hi, I’m Courtney Felt, Founder of Felt Financial. After more than a decade working in public accounting, healthcare, technology, logistics, and consumer goods, I started my own firm to give business owners the clarity and confidence they need in their numbers.
My Story
Over the years, I’ve worked with startups, established companies, and global organizations — building systems, improving processes, and making sure financials tell the right story. What I’ve always enjoyed most is helping business leaders make smarter decisions with clear, accurate financial information they can trust.
Before launching Felt Financial, I held roles at companies like Ipsy, ShipBob, and ID.me, where I implemented scalable processes, managed global operations, and supported growing teams. I also worked with government contracts at Telesto Group, gained small public company experience at Sensus Healthcare, and began my career in audit with Ernst & Young.
Now at Felt Financial, I bring all of that experience to my clients. Whether it’s cleaning up accounts, streamlining bookkeeping, or building processes for growth, my goal is to make your financials less stressful and more strategic.
I hold both a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University — but more importantly, I’m passionate about helping businesses succeed with financial clarity.
